Gentle, grounding, and deeply supportive—this restorative Pilates class is designed to help you reconnect with your body while easing tension and building subtle strength.
We’ll move slowly and mindfully through core-stabilizing exercises, incorporating breathwork and props like light bands or small balls to support joint mobility, balance, and postural alignment.
All levels are welcome. Modifications are offered throughout, with plenty of personal guidance to meet you exactly where you are.
