Using just your body weight and occasional props like light dumbbells, resistance bands, or Pilates rings, you'll build balanced strength and increase flexibility—especially through the core, glutes, hips, and back.
Expect precise, low-impact movements that tone without strain, improve posture, and leave you feeling strong, steady, and supported. All levels welcome—modifications and guidance offered throughout.

Marisa is currently working on her certification in STOTT PILATES which is a contemporary approach to the original exercise method pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates while adding modern techniques from a physical therapy point of view compliments of Moira and Lindsay G. Merrithew. Matwork Pilates exercises requires you to look within, focus on your breathing, and feel the subtle differences within your body. There are 3 levels: essential, intermediate, and advanced which any body can do as long as completing safely; many modifications are available for every exercise, so feel free to ask! Matwork Pilates will help you achieve longer, leaner muscles and create a stronger back while working on your core by focusing on precision and control with each movement, specifically bringing attention to breath and form.
