    Ken Stern

We're proud to announce that Ken Stern is our newly appointed Designated Establishment Manager (DEM) for Massage at BioLIT Spa!

Ken is a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer with a deep passion for holistic health. His own early health struggles led him to a life-changing experience with craniosacral therapy—an experience that ignited his commitment to healing through bodywork.

After completing an 800-hour massage program learning the ins and outs of traditional massage, Ken pursued over 100 hours of advanced training and mentorship in craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, and visceral manipulation for those seeking relief from tension, injury, or chronic discomfort.

Ken’s approach is grounded in osteopathic principles—treating the body as a connected whole with the innate capacity to heal itself. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, digestive issues, or anxiety, Ken brings both expertise and compassion to each session.

Join us in welcoming Ken to his new leadership role—and book with him to experience truly integrative massage therapy.

At BioLIT Spa, Davida embodies our philosophy that massage is not just a luxury for special occasions—it is an essential part of self-care. Just as proper nutrition and exercise sustain peak health, regular massage boosts immunity, encourages detoxification, and restores the body’s natural balance. Christopher Ostema

    Please welcome Christopher!

Christopher is a licensed massage therapist trained at the Sarasota School of Massage Therapy. His foundation is in Swedish massage, which he uses to deliver deeply relaxing full-body sessions. He also offers deep tissue work using targeted pressure and techniques that access deeper layers of musculature while maintaining comfort and ease.

Drawing from in-depth training in NeuroMuscular Therapy (NMT), Christopher uses targeted techniques to help release chronic tension, support posture, and relieve discomfort. His focus is on therapeutic bodywork that helps untie postural patterns and bring the body into a more functional and comfortable alignment.

He often incorporates breath awareness and assisted stretching into sessions to support a deeper release and promote long-term balance. As a certified yoga teacher, Christopher brings a strong understanding of alignment, posture, and body awareness that enhances his massage work. Whether helping clients unwind with calming Swedish strokes or addressing deeper muscular tension, his goal is always to restore ease and reconnect each person with their body.
