
Frequency and Flow - Yoga + BioChargerNG with Trace or Julie
Both immersive classes blend intuitive yoga flow in conjunction with two BioCharger recipes.
For Trace’s Sunday morning class, we begin with Tesla Stretch—a frequency-based session designed to support the fascia, enhance flexibility, and prepare the body for movement and release. As you flow with intention, your energy aligns and softens, creating space for deeper connection. This practice culminates in a slowing down and meditative Shavasana accompanied by Pineal Experience—a focused 9-stage recipe that supports pineal gland activation, inner vision, and a relaxed, elevated state of consciousness.
For Julie’s Tuesday evening class, we will begin with our Shofar Armor recipe based on the sacred geometrical progression of the Shofar with added total body balancing and strengthening enhancements. Then as we melt into Shavasna, we will ignite the Nirvana recipe designed to support the chakras, balance, attunement, harmony, meditation, relaxation and sleep

Through hard work and determination, Trace has spent over 20 years contributing to some of the most prestigious fitness centers across New York, New Jersey, and Florida. While much of her later career has been devoted to leadership roles—including General Manager, Fitness Director, and Operations Manager—she has consistently remained active as a spin instructor, group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and wellness coach, driven by a genuine passion for every facet of the industry.
Drawing from this extensive experience, she has developed a comprehensive Fitness and Wellness program designed to help individuals discover their healthiest selves. This specialized program integrates all the best practices and insights she’s acquired over the years and includes in-person and virtual personal training, virtual group workouts, expert-led chats and podcasts, nutritional guidance, and ongoing support.

Julie is a breathwork and yoga teacher, published author, and lifelong student of the human spirit. Raised in a local circus, Julie learned the art of balance—both physical and emotional—from an early age, a foundation that now flows through her passion for slacklining and mindful movement. With thousands of dives logged as a certified PADI SCUBA and freediving instructor, she brings unparalleled depth to her breathwork teachings. Julie is trained in classical yoga, pranayama, and Kundalini through Bhakti Yogishala in Rishikesh, India, and is known for blending compassionate guidance with transformative energy. Whether on the mat, in the water, or on the page, Julie’s work invites others to expand their breath, soul, and human potential.
