BioLIT Spa Cancellation and Membership Policies
Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask that you notify us if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any appointment canceled after our opening hour on the day of your scheduled service, or missed without notice, will automatically incur the following fees:
Massages & Facials: $50
Sofwave Treatments: $100
All Other BioLIT Spa Modalities: 50% of the full service price
These fees apply to all clients, including members and non-members, regardless of whether the service is included in a membership.
Cancellations may be made by text or voicemail at 941-278-2164. These policies help us respect our therapists' and staff's time while maintaining appointment availability for other guests.
Membership Cancellation & Pause Policy
Members are responsible for keeping track of their monthly membership billing date. If you wish to cancel or pause your membership, you must notify BioLIT Spa at least one day prior to your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged.
Membership pauses are available for 1 to 3 months, with a maximum pause period of 3 months, and incur a $29 monthly pause fee. All pauses must have a designated return date. Members are responsible for keeping track of that date and requesting any changes before their membership automatically resumes.
If your membership renews because you did not realize your billing date was approaching or your pause period had ended, we are happy to issue the amount charged as a BioLIT Spa account credit for future use. However, refunds to the original payment card will not be issued. Your credit will remain in your account and will never expire.
