High-intensity meets mindful movement in this invigorating, high-impact interval training class. BioHIIT combines bursts of functional strength and cardio exercises with intentional rest, designed to boost metabolism, build lean muscle, and support longevity.

You may use bodyweight, resistance bands, light weights, and recovery-focused techniques—all in a temperature-optimized space to enhance performance and detoxification.

Originally from vibrant New Orleans, Louisiana, Carra Fava brings a dynamic blend of athleticism, education, and passion to the world of wellness. She earned both her B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Human and Sport Performance from Delta State University, where she also proudly played on the Women’s Soccer Team for five consecutive years.

Carra’s background spans personal training and group fitness instruction, with a deep-rooted love for helping others feel empowered, strong, and energized in their bodies. She thrives in wellness environments that value connection, movement, and vitality—making her a perfect fit for the holistic, high-vibe energy of BioLIT Spa.

Outside the studio, Carra lives and breathes active living. Whether she’s rollerblading, longboarding, playing pickleball, swimming, snowboarding, hiking, or cycling, she brings the same enthusiasm and joy to her own wellness journey that she shares with her clients.
